1. Who we are
AI Keyboard (“we”, “us”, “our service”) respects user privacy and complies with Apple App Review Guideline 5.1.2(i), GDPR, and other applicable regulations.

2. What data we process
- User text for AI. Only after you give explicit consent do we send selected text to the third-party AI provider OpenRouter (https://openrouter.ai) to generate responses. We do not store these texts on our own servers.
- Keyboard preferences and prompts. Settings, saved prompts, or snippets are synced through App Group / iCloud solely across your devices.
- Multiplayer Game Data. For online matches that use a PIN-code system (like Mini Tanks and Battleship), we transmit the PIN, match events, and in-game coordinates to our WebSocket server at
wss://ws.aikeyboard.pp.uato facilitate gameplay. We do not collect personal conversations. - Usage Analytics. We use services like the Facebook SDK and Google Analytics to collect anonymized usage data. This helps us understand which features are popular, identify bugs, and improve the app. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Performance Analytics. Anonymous crash reports and diagnostics may be processed by Apple to improve stability.
- Offline Features. Features that work offline, such as single-player games (e.g., Star Wars, Breakout) and utilities (e.g., Symbols Keyboard, Cipher), do not collect or transmit any user data.
3. How we obtain your consent
- During onboarding the app shows a clear explanation of how data is sent and links to this document. Checking the “I agree” box is required before AI features are enabled.
- You can revoke consent at any time in settings (“Settings → Privacy → AI Processing”). After revocation we prevent any AI text transfer.
- Multiplayer games that require an internet connection ask for a separate consent before connecting to our WebSocket server.
4. Use and sharing of data
We use the data strictly for:
- Generating AI responses via OpenRouter upon your request;
- Syncing prompts/snippets between your devices;
- Routing multiplayer game sessions through our WebSocket server;
- Analyzing app usage and crashes to improve our service.
We do not sell personal data or share it with advertising networks. Third-party processors (OpenRouter, Apple, Google, Facebook) only receive data required for their function and operate under their own privacy policies.
5. Your rights and control
- Revoke AI or multiplayer consent in the app/system settings whenever you wish.
- Delete stored prompts, PIN history, or other local items manually.
- Contact ridiks100@gmail.com to request a data copy, correction, or deletion (subject to applicable laws).
6. Security
We rely on TLS/WSS encryption, App Group sandboxing, and strict API access controls. No method is 100% foolproof, so please avoid entering passwords, payment data, or sensitive secrets into AI prompts.
7. Children
The app is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
8. Policy updates
We periodically audit third-party services and update this policy whenever data-sharing practices change. New versions take effect once published.
